We’re looking for a Security Engineer in our AI Pentest team who improves how our AI agents think and attack. You’ll expand agent capabilities, test and iterate over experiments, improve our AI agent architecture, and ship improvements fast with the product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Extend agent capabilities so they can explore, attack, and report vulnerabilities more effectively.
Improve the performance and accuracy of our AI hacking agents by running targeted experiments.
Translate use-cases into testable setups, run internal benchmarks, and make decisions based on results.
Work with engineering to bring validated improvements into production.
Job requirements
Strong Python skills.
Pentest knowledge or a clear security mindset.
Self-starter who works well without a rigid structure.
An experiment-driven approach focused on testing ideas.
Nice to have: experience with AI workflows, agentic architectures, or frameworks like LangGraph.
