As our Sales Manager LATAM, you’ll drives revenue through and with our reseller and distributor ecosystem across Latin America. Based in Chile, Colombia, or Argentina, this role combines partner co-selling with self- sourced business development, always transacting via partners.
This role is at the heart of our partner-first motion, focused on enabling, co-selling and expanding business with channel partners rather than direct selling. Since we're still a young company, you'll be wearing multiple hats, and helping out on many commercial initiatives.
Responsibilities
Source new business through outbound prospecting and opportunity follow-up, always transacting through partners
Co-sell with partner’s account executives to drive joint opportunities to close
Enable partners on positioning, pricing, and sales execution to increase win rates
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and deal hygiene in CRM
Build strong internal alignment with Partner Success, Marketing, and Product teams
Help with, and support go-to-market and growth initiatives in the region
Lead product-led sales cycles, ensuring partners and customers see value fast
Job requirements
Experience with CRM, partner sales, partner management, …
Very tech-savvy, plus if you have a background in DevOps or AppSec sales
Hungry and 'get stuff done' mentality
Independent, organized & structured
You live in Chile, Colombia or Argentina
Languages (Professional level): Spanish, English, … (Portuguese is plus)
