RevOps Manager
- Ghent (Belgium)
Job description
🌍 We’re making security suck less for developers.
Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest.
We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place.
Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter.
We’re looking for our first RevOps Manager to turn data into insights and optimize revenue processes. You'll start with a deep focus on marketing performance and attribution, with the scope growing toward full-funnel revenue operations. Driving growth by aligning sales, marketing, and leadership with data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
Own marketing performance reporting end-to-end, translating funnel and channel data into clear insights that guide GTM decisions for marketing and leadership.
Build and maintain real-time dashboards; covering ARR, CAC, MQL trends, pipeline health, and net retention - tailored to each audience from leadership to channel owners.
Own the setup and evolution of our marketing data infrastructure, connecting HubSpot and marketing ad data into a data warehouse to create a scalable, reliable foundation for reporting.
Build and maintain forecasting models covering MQL volume, pipeline contribution, and revenue, ensuring leadership always has a reliable, current view to make fast decisions.
Analyze full-funnel performance: from first touch through closed-won, proactively surfacing bottlenecks, campaign effectiveness insights, and CAC trends to the marketing team.
Lead operational projects that improve how marketing and sales teams work together, from lead handoff processes to pipeline visibility and attribution accuracy.
Set up automated alerts for significant changes in funnel performance, ensuring the right people are informed before issues compound.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product to ensure consistent data definitions, aligned reporting, and a shared view of pipeline and revenue performance.
Identify patterns and correlations across the full customer journey: including product usage data, to surface insights that inform GTM strategy.
Job requirements
3+ years of RevOps experience in SaaS or tech.
Hands-on HubSpot experience, including pipeline management and reporting.
Proven experience with marketing attribution and demand generation analytics
Strong data analysis skills; comfort with SQL or working closely with BI tooling.
Experience building dashboards and forecasting models, ideally in Looker Studio or similar
Familiar with data warehouse concepts; BigQuery experience is a plus
Experience with GTM processes, funnel analysis, and marketing-sales alignment
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
What you can expect:
High-impact position in a fast-growing company.
Competitive salary package.
A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture page on the website for more details).
A diverse and inclusive organization that is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
