In the past, only large enterprises needed to worry about security. Today, every startup holds significant customer data, and cybersecurity has become the top concern of 75% of all CEOs.

This means all developers need to ensure their platforms are secure, but the market is riddled with overcomplicated, expensive tools that aren’t fit for purpose. We are a no-BS, open source, intuitive security platform that developers actually like to use.

We’re looking for a RevOps expert to turn data into insights and optimize revenue processes. You’ll drive growth by aligning sales, marketing, and leadership with data-driven strategies.

  • Build real-time dashboards tailored to each audience for key metrics: ARR, growth, CAC, net retention, etc.

  • Provide insights on markets, channels, and performance to guide GTM decisions.

  • Analyze funnel performance: MQL to SQL, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Answer key questions like: top campaigns, CAC by channel, and regional performance.

  • Set up automated alerts for performance changes.

  • Analyze product usage and optimize sales cycles.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of RevOps experience in SaaS or tech.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

  • Experience with GTM processes and pipeline analysis.

  • Proficient in dashboard and CRM systems.

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
