Paid Social Manager
- Ghent (Belgium)
Job description
🌍 Join us as we disrupt the global cyber market with a "no-BS" security platform that developers love.
The cybersecurity landscape is changing fast. What was once the domain of large enterprises is now top of mind for businesses of all sizes. CEOs are prioritizing security as never before, and developers are tasked with integrating robust, simple, and reliable security measures into their platforms. That’s where Aikido comes in.
We’ve built a security platform that’s straightforward, developer-friendly, and powerful. Founded by serial entrepreneurs in 2022 and backed by $25M in funding, we’re on a mission to redefine security. This is your chance to join our all-star team early on, make a meaningful impact, and help us grow fast.
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager who can drive the performance of our paid social campaigns. If you're a data-driven, analytical, and creative mind with a passion for making an impact, we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute paid ad strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll play a crucial role in generating demand for Aikido, building brand awareness, and ultimately, growing our user base. Collaborating with our marketing, product, and data teams, you’ll continuously refine and optimize ad performance to achieve KPIs and scale our presence across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Run performance campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube and X, and you’re always on the lookout for new channels or new ways to leverage existing channels. You keep an eye on emerging platforms and act on promising opportunities.
Track results in GA4, Dreamdata, HubSpot, Dataslayer/Supermetrics, Looker or similar tools, then turn the data into clear recommendations and actions that improve outcomes.
Keep the ad pipeline moving by briefing designers, video editors, and agencies with new concepts. Experience with Figma or After Effects is a plus.
Handle the foundational setup that keeps campaigns running smoothly, including GTM configuration, events setup, custom conversions, CAPI setup, and other essential pixels and integrations.
Manage and monitor paid media budgets with a focus on efficiency and measurable impact.
