We’re looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager who can drive the performance of our paid campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads. If you're a data-driven, analytical, and creative mind with a passion for making an impact, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute paid ad strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll play a crucial role in generating demand for Aikido, building brand awareness, and ultimately, growing our user base. Collaborating with our marketing, product, and data teams, you’ll continuously refine and optimize ad performance to achieve KPIs and scale our presence across multiple channels.


As a Paid Ads Manager at Aikido, you will:

  • Own, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns from end-to-end, including search, display, performance max, and video campaigns.

  • Develop and execute a SEA strategy to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

  • Analyze campaign performance and use insights to adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and budgets.

  • Report on ad performance, including metrics, ROI, and insights, and communicate these to key stakeholders.

  • Work with designers and content writers to craft compelling ad creatives, video creatives, messaging and high-converting landing pages

  • Keep track of industry trends and ensure our ca mpaigns are using the latest best practices

Job requirements

  • Proven experience managing successful Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, with a strong portfolio of measurable results.

  • Deep understanding of SEM, PPC, CPA, and SaaS metrics.

  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in interpreting data, tracking, and reporting on campaign performance.

  • Comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Fluent in English
