We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Associate who wants to learn how a B2B SaaS growth engine really works.

This role sits at the heart of Marketing and Sales. You’ll make sure data is reliable, processes scale, and teams can move fast without breaking things. If you like structure, systems, and seeing your work directly impact revenue, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Ops, and get hands-on exposure to how a modern SaaS go-to-market machine operates.

Responsibilities

  • Keep CRM and marketing data accurate, structured, and trustworthy

  • Support and maintain marketing & sales processes with day-to-day operational work

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc data exports for Marketing and Sales

  • Support lead management, data enhancement automation, segmentation, and list preparation

  • Document processes and help improve how teams work in the CRM

  • Help with campaign setup, tracking, tagging, and post-campaign reporting

  • Act as a reliable operational partner for Marketing Ops and Sales Ops

Job requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, marketing analytics, or a similar operational role

  • Strong attention to detail and love for structured, clean data

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting

  • Clear communicator who can support multiple stakeholders

  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Exposure to CRM or marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, n8n)

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company

  • Interest in marketing operations or revenue operations as a career path
