We’re building an exceptional home base for our international teammates joining Aikido in Ghent. To support them, we’re looking for a reliable on-site Concierge who takes ownership of the studios, keeps everything running smoothly, and makes sure our colleagues feel welcome.

You’ll live in the building itself, which has 13 private studios with individual bathrooms, used by our staff from around the world. Students are welcome if they meet the on-site requirement. This is a unique opportunity to stay in an exceptional residence in Ghent.

Responsibilities

• Be the main on-site point of contact.

• Make sure that the rooms are in order.

• Keep shared areas clean and tidy.

• Manage the planning of studio occupancy.

• Take care of logistics like keys, small repairs, supplies, and coordination with external services.

• Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process

• Working closely with the Operations team.

• You live in the building (you get free housing).

• Practical, organized, problem-solving mindset.

• Able to keep spaces clean and in order.

• Good communicator.
