Responsibilities:

• Chase intros and keep key convos moving

• Track priorities and follow up across teams

• Turn messy threads into clear plans

• Prep docs, decks, and notes for key meetings

• Keep our CEO unblocked and focused

• Strong communicator and comfortable chasing people

• Self-managed and organized: you don’t wait to be told what to do

• Comfortable in a startup: fast pace, zero politics, lots of context switching

• Low-ego, reliable, and no time for corporate BS.
