ABM Manager
- Ghent (Belgium)
Job description
🌍 We’re making security suck less for developers.
Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest.
We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place.
Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter.
We’re looking for an ABM Manager to build and scale targeted marketing programs for strategic accounts. You will identify key accounts and verticals, develop personalized campaigns, and create meaningful engagement with engineering and security leaders.
This is a hands-on role where you will both design strategy and execute projects yourself, while collaborating with sales, product marketing, and growth teams.
Responsibilities
Identify and manage target accounts, verticals, and key personas
Conduct account research (tech stack, security tools, hiring signals)
Create tailored assets such as one-pagers, custom decks, and case studies
Run targeted campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, outreach)
Organize high-touch engagement such as roundtables, dinners, or workshops
Work closely with sales to support account outreach and pipeline generation
Track account engagement and ABM impact on meetings and pipeline
Job requirements
At least 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
Experience with ABM, strategic marketing, or field marketing
Strong research, campaign execution, and content creation skills
Ability to run targeted programs from concept to execution (campaigns, content, events)
Experience organizing events such as conferences, meetups, roundtables, or executive dinners
Strong collaboration with sales teams and experience supporting pipeline-focused programs
Experience in developer tools, cybersecurity, or marketing to engineering and security teams is a strong plus.
What you can expect

Competitive salary package.
A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture page on the website for more details).
A diverse and inclusive organization that is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
